3. Damaged or Defective Deliveries

While we do not offer general returns, your complete satisfaction remains our priority. In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged in transit, with missing items, or with a manufacturing defect:

2. Provide your Order ID along with clear photos or an unboxing video of the parcel and defective item.
3. Once verified by our quality team, we will immediately arrange an expedited replacement at zero additional cost to you.
