1. General
By accessing the Aheera website or purchasing creations through our digital platform, you agree to comply with these terms, governing law of the Republic of India, and the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
2. Handcrafted Variations
Due to the authentic handwoven nature of pure silk sarees and hand-embroidered dabka needlecraft, minor artistic nuances in thread placement and dye tones are intrinsic marks of artisanal origin, not manufacturing flaws.
3. Intellectual Property
All proprietary garment designs, jewelry silhouettes, high-resolution photography, editorial copy, and the Aheera trademark are the exclusive intellectual property of Aheera Luxury Private Limited.
4. Legal Metrology & Hallmarking Declarations
In accordance with the Legal Metrology Act, 2009 and Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) Hallmarking regulations: All precious metal jewellery items offered under Aheera are 925 Sterling Silver hallmarked (92.5% pure silver composition, HSN 7113). Each piece bears the official BIS certification hallmark stamp guaranteeing metallurgical purity.
5. Statutory Grievance Officer
Pursuant to the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, consumers may submit grievances regarding order fulfillment, payments, or platform services to our designated Nodal Grievance Officer at care@aheera.in. All grievances receive written acknowledgment within 48 hours and formal redressal within 15 working days.
